1. GENERAL BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Making a Booking via All in 1 Travel Limited’s Website, indicates your agreement to All in 1 Travel Limited’s – sometimes in this document referred to as The Company – TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

All in1 Travel Limited © Copyright – Please read our TERMS AND CONDITIONS. By proceeding further you will automatically have accepted The Company’s TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
When you request All in 1 Travel Limited (The Company) to make a booking for you, you have agreed to the following : –

i. Pay a non-refundable deposit and nominal booking fee to The Company by Credit Card at the time when you accept the final Booking arrangements and,

ii. Accept The Company’s Terms and Conditions as laid out below, particularly in relation to Deposits, Cancellation, Liability or any other charges pertaining to your booking requirements.

All in 1 Travel Limited (The Company)

The Company operates an online travel / tourism booking facility for persons seeking Accommodation and other Tourism related services in Ireland. Although The Company assists you with your booking requirements it does not guarantee the booking or the services of any Tourism Service Provider’s (TSP) services.

(Tourism Service Provider (TSP) : – Person(s) Organisation(s) providing a Tourism Service e.g. Hotel, Self Catering, Hostel, Caravan or Camping, B&B, Guest House, Farmhouse or Cruiser Hire, Car Hire etc).

Limitation of Liability of All in 1 Travel Limited, sometimes referred to in this document as, “The Company”

Prices quoted to you by The Company cover the requirements as specified by you on The Company’s e-Booking Confirmation Form at the time you accept your booking. The Company accepts no responsibility for any errors occurring during the booking process.
The Company accepts no liability for loss, injury, damage, delay, expense or inconvenience whatsoever in relation to the provision of the information or the service required or provided. Section 39 of the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services, 1980 is therefore not applicable to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Data Protection
Upon completion of your booking through The Company, thereby accepting these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, you agree that The Company can use your information, to improve the service, in whatever way it requires. If you disagree to this provision please let The Company know at the time you complete the e-Booking Request Form, or by email as soon after as you can.

Legal
All provisions in this agreement are governed solely by Irish Law. ACCOMMODATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Tourism Service Provider, sometimes referred to in this document as the TSP, agrees to provide you with Accommodation facilities as specified on the e-Booking Confirmation Form and will comply with the following Terms and Conditions outlined hereunder.

The Accommodation
On the assumption you will pay the balance of the Accommodation costs, as specified on the e-Booking Confirmation Form, along with any extra costs resulting from any additional services requested by you prior to or during your stay, the TSP agrees to provide you with the Accommodation Facilities as specified in the e-Booking Confirmation Form.

Additional Services
You should check at the time of making your Booking if the TSP can provide any additional services you think you may need. Neither the TSP nor The Company can be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by a service being required which is not published on the Website or previously requested by you and agreed to be made available by the TSP.

Cancellation
Losses will be incurred by you should the following conditions occur:

Condition Loss to you
A cancellation after you have confirmed your Booking Deposit + Handling Fee
Booking, up to 48 hours before the normal
time of arrival.

A cancellation between 48 hours before Cost of One nights stay +
the normal time of arrival, up to the time Booking Deposit +
of arrival and including no show i.e. not arriving Handling Fee
or arriving after the expected time of arrival.

Your booking is only deemed confirmed when The Company receives your Booking Deposit.
You are advised to notify the TSP directly at your earliest convenience with any changes to your Booking. This will help minimise any inconvenience being caused to any of the parties involved.

Please make sure you retain and quote your Booking reference number at all times when contacting either the the Company or the TSP.

As a general rule accommodation TSPs in Ireland (excluding Self Catering TSPs), expect you to arrive at their premises by 6.00pm (18.00hrs) and expect you to depart by Noon – Mid Day – 12pm. Should you wish to change these standard times please agree and confirm the required alternative times directly with the TSP.

Tourism Service Provider’s (TSP’s) Liabilities
In the case of any loss being incurred by you in relation to your Booking, the TSP is solely liable. Exceptions to this part of the agreement are specified in the paragraph below headed, “Limitation of Liability of the TSP”.

If for any reason your Accommodation Booking cannot be fulfilled as specified on the e-Booking Confirmation Form then it is the TSPs sole responsibility to secure, for you, comparable and convenient Accommodation Facilities elsewhere. It is also the responsibility of the TSP to organise transport to the newly arranged Accommodation Facilities.

Limitation of Liability to the TSP
In all cases the TSP is only liable for limited costs. These costs relate specifically and only to the total cost of the facilities as specified on the e-Confirmation Booking Form.
Under no circumstances will the TSP be liable for any other losses incurred by you no matter what the circumstances.

Section 39 of the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act of 1980 are excluded from your Booking arrangements with the TSP or The Company.

By completing the Booking process and confirming your Booking arrangements with the Company and/or the TSP you have indicate your acceptance to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and/or the TSP against any and all costs or damages whether direct or indirect arising from any acts or omissions by you or third parties on your behalf, in connection with your Booking. In addition, neither the TSP nor the Company accept and liability to your person or any member of your party, regardless of the reason, be it health or otherwise.

Complaints Procedure
Complaints relative to the Accommodation provided by the TSP should be sent directly, in writing within one month, to the TSP.

The onus is on the TSP to ensure that all aspects of any complaint are investigated and where possible introduce a solution to resolve any issues/complaint you might have.
In a case where the TSP cannot propose a satisfactory solution, which resolves an outstanding issue/complaint, then the issue/complaint will be referred to a single arbitrator, agreed to by both parties. Both parties being the TSP and you the customer.
If both parties cannot agree on a single arbitrator then you and the TSP agree to appoint the President of the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland as the arbitrator. Alternatively, in the case where the President of the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland is not available, you and the TSP agree to accept and a recommended arbitrator suggested by the President of the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland.

In all cases, the Arbitration Acts, 1954 to 1980 and any statutory amendment will apply. No legal action can commence without initiating the aforementioned procedure.

SELF CATERING ACCOMMODATION BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Part 1.
Making a Booking via All in 1 Travel Limited’s Website, indicates your agreement to All in 1 Travel Limited’s – sometimes in this document referred to as The Company – TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

When you request All in 1 Travel Limited (The Company) to make a booking for you, you have agreed to the following : –

iii. Pay a non-refundable deposit and nominal booking fee to The Company by Credit Card at the time when you accept the final Booking arrangements and,

iv. Accept The Company’s Terms and Conditions as laid out below, particularly in relation to Deposits, Cancellation, Liability or any other charges pertaining to your booking requirements.

Payment and Deposits
If the Booking is made 6 weeks (42 days) prior to the arrival date then a minimum 25% non-refundable deposit must be paid by Credit Card. The balance of the full payment falls due and must be paid on or before the 42nd day.
If the Booking is made less than 6 weeks (42 days) prior to the arrival date then the full amount of the Booking must be paid by Credit Card.
All in 1 Travel Limited (The Company)

The Company operates a travel / tourism booking facility for persons seeking accommodation and other Tourism related services in Ireland. Although The Company assists you with your booking requirements it does not guarantee the a booking or the services of any Tourism Service Provider’s services.

Part 2.
SELF CATERING ACCOMMODATION BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Tourism Service Provider, sometimes referred to in this document as the TSP, agrees to provide you with Accommodation facilities as specified on the e-Booking Confirmation Form and will comply with the following Terms and Conditions outlined hereunder.

The Accommodation
On the assumption you will pay the balance of the Accommodation costs, as specified on the e-Booking Confirmation Form, along with any extra costs resulting from any additional services requested by you prior to or during your stay, the TSP agrees to provide you with the Accommodation Facilities as specified in the e-Booking Confirmation Form.

Additional Services
You should check at the time of making your Booking if the TSP can provide any additional services you think you may need. Neither the TSP nor The Company can be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by a service being required which is not published on the Website or previously requested by you and agreed to be made available by the TSP.


Cancellation

Losses will be incurred by you should the following conditions occur:

Condition Loss to you

Cancellation before and up to 42 days before
specified date of arrival. Booking Deposit + Handling Fee

Cancellation between 22 and 42 days. 60% of the Accommodation Cost.

Cancellation between 9 and 1 days. 75% of the Accommodation Cost.

Cancellation 8 days or less 100% of Accommodation Cost.

A minimum £50 cancellation fee will apply in all cases

Your booking is only deemed confirmed when The Company receives your Booking Deposit.
You are advised to notify the TSP directly at your earliest convenience with any changes to your Booking. This will help minimise any inconvenience being caused to any of the parties involved.

Please make sure you retain and quote your Booking reference number at all times when contacting either the the Company or the TSP.

Arrival Time
The arrival and departure time for Self Catering Accommodation is as follows:
Arrival at or before 4.00pm
Departure at or before 10.00am.
Changes to these standard times should be agreed on by you with the TSP.

Tourism Service Provider’s (TSP’s) Liabilities
In the case of any loss being incurred by you in relation to your Booking, the TSP is solely liable. Exceptions to this part of the agreement are specified in the paragraph below headed, “Limitation of Liability of the TSP”.
If for any reason your Accommodation Booking cannot be fulfilled as specified on the e-Booking Confirmation Form then it is the TSPs sole responsibility to secure, for you, comparable and convenient Accommodation Facilities elsewhere. It is also the responsibility of the TSP to organise transport to the newly arranged Accommodation Facilities.
Limitation of Liability to the TSP
In all cases the TSP is only liable for limited costs. These costs relate specifically and only to the total cost of the facilities as specified on the e-Confirmation Booking Form.
Under no circumstances will the TSP be liable for any other losses incurred by you no matter what the circumstances.

Section 39 of the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act of 1980 are excluded from your Booking arrangements with the TSP or The Company.

Complaints Procedure
Complaints relative to the actual accommodation provided by the TSP should be sent directly, in writing within one month, to the TSP.
